Volunteer: Heavenly's Gondola Wrap Unveiling Party - Volunteer Bike Valet SupportHelp create a smooth, welcoming, and bike-friendly event experience by assisting with the bike valet station during the Heavenly's Gondola Wrap Unveiling Party. As a Bike Valet Support Volunteer, you will help guests who arrive by bike safely check in their bicycles so they can enjoy the event without worrying about where to park or secure them. Volunteers in this role will greet riders as they arrive, receive and organize bicycles in the designated valet area, issue claim tickets, and return bikes when guests are ready to leave. You may also help direct guests through the bike valet process, answer basic questions, keep the bike valet area orderly, and contribute to a positive first impression for attendees choosing a car-free way to participate. Above all, bike valet volunteers help create an easy, efficient, and encouraging experience that supports car-free transportation and shows community members that arriving by bike can be both convenient and enjoyable. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with the public in a fast-paced event setting. By helping operate the bike valet station, you will play an important part in reinforcing the event’s message and making it easier for community members to choose a more sustainable way to get around Tahoe.
