Join us in celebrating TAMBA's Mountain Bike Festival

About the event: TAMBA (Tahoe Area Mountain Bike Association) is hosting their annual Mountain Bike Festival, it is a two day festival starting on Saturday 6/21 with a bike demo day at the Corral Trail; and then on Sunday 6/22 the festivities continue with the group rides (intermediate and advanced) in the morning, followed by the afternoon festival where the League will have a table at Tahoe Paradise Park. The FREE afternoon festival features live music, food trucks, a vendor village, raffles, a Kids’ Zone, and a healthy dose of competition courtesy of TAMBA's shenanigans contests! The League will have a table where we will be selling KTB logo swag, collecting contact info from folks wanting to sign up as a volunteer as well as sharing information about the League, upcoming events and current programs.
Sign up: We need 2-4 volunteers who have worked in the KTB retail merchandise store, or who is willing to come into the store to get trained on POS usage before this event. Ideally volunteers will have customer service experience selling retail goods, interacting with the public and excited about the League!
What to bring:
- comfortable shoes for standing
- KTB logo gear/comfortable clothing - bring appropriate layers, we all know Tahoe weather!
- sunscreen, hat, sunglass, sun protection
- any snacks you may want and/or money/cards to purchase food at event
Parking: There will be dedicated on-site parking reserved for vendors but it will be limited so please aim to carpool if possible.
