Help represent Keep Tahoe Blue at this fun, community-centered event celebrating sustainable transportation, environmental stewardship, and a healthier future for Lake Tahoe. As a Tabling Support Volunteer, you will serve as a friendly and informed ambassador for Keep Tahoe Blue during the Car-Free, Care-Free booth fair, helping attendees learn how choices like walking, biking, busing, carpooling, and parking once can reduce traffic, lower carbon emissions, and support the long-term protection of Lake Tahoe.
Volunteers in this role will welcome visitors to the booth, share information about Keep Tahoe Blue’s mission and programs, answer basic questions, and engage community members in conversation about how transportation choices connect to Lake Tahoe's clarity and environmental health. You will also help with equipment set-up and breakdown, encourage public participation in Keep Tahoe Blue volunteer programs, and create a warm and inviting space for attendees of all ages.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys talking with people, feels comfortable engaging the public, and is excited to help inspire others to take everyday actions that support a cleaner, more connected Tahoe. Your enthusiasm and presence will help make Keep Tahoe Blue’s message approachable, memorable, and impactful during this special event.
